Return & Exchange Policy

Return & Refunds

You can absolutely return your item to us, within 30 days after receiving it, as long as it’s undamaged, unused and contained in its original packaging with.  Your refund will be processed once item has been received.

Please note that these items are made to order, hence a fee of 15% will be deducted from the refund amount to cover production cost.

We however, do not offer refunds or exchanges  on personalized items due to its nature. 

All return postage fees is liable to the buyer. 

Exchanges

We do offer exchanges. As long as it’s undamaged, unused and contained in its original packaging with, we will process  an exchange. Once received another package will be sent out to you.
